Meet Molly
Molly Erb grew up in South Central Manitoba on her family’s grain farm, where she developed a love for agriculture at an early age. Her passion for the industry led her to pursue both an Agriculture Diploma and a BSc. Agribusiness at the University of Manitoba.
During her studies, Molly spent three summers working with Parrish & Heimbecker, gaining valuable industry experience, and later worked for a Pioneer seed agency as an agronomy assistant. Today, she brings that knowledge and background to her role as a Sales Consultant with AgTek360.
Farming is never far from home for Molly—her family continues to operate their grain farm and also runs a hobby farm filled with critters. Agriculture, for her, is both a profession and a way of life.

💬 What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love building long-lasting relationships and supporting growers in adopting new practices and tools that boost their sustainability and productivity.

This season, drought has been the largest issue for many producers. It’s been a tough year, and I do what I can to help address nutrient management challenges and explore more sustainable solutions with them.
📍 What do you love most about working in your region?
The strong sense of community. I love working with producers who are not just customers, but neighbours, friends, and part of a close-knit farming community.
🏕️ What do you enjoy outside of work?
Horseback riding and spending time with family and friends.
